🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

🚛 Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📦 Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹65 for up to 500g

  • Incremental Charges: ₹65 will be added for every additional 500g

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

📍 Delivery Timeframes

  • Madhya Pradesh (Local/Within Indore): 1–2 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas or North-East States: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays.

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship outside India.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or canceled.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your order in real time.

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
